Ordered 1.99 one-day service-got free 7-day trial offer. Cancelled before 7-day trial was up and was charged 94.89 anyway. Have 4 emails stating my membership was cancelled and there would be no charges but money was taken from my account anyway on day 7. One email states I was charged on day 8 even though it is not true-bank records show the withdrawal date.Email number 5 reverses the no charge statement and says I can request a refund (after 88 days).
