I became aware today, 3/7/09, that IDS Grants took $94.89 from my accoubt that was not authorized and I want it returned immediately. This should be aginst the law, when I paid the 1.99 that was require for the disc from a grant company and the name was not IDS. What must I do to have my mones returned?
