I called them to get a 'Return Authorization'. After being left on hold for more than 10 minuted I hung up. Called back in a few minutes and phone rang on and on. Upon further checking I found out the State of Florida is looking into the actions of this company in Florida. They do not respond to returns of unused product. One of the local TV Stations, WPLG looked into there operation in Hollywood and Miami only to find both offices empty and boxes of returned ACAI Berry sitting there.
