I have Nero Cd burning software and I was having problems burning the cd's I called up the Tech Support called Silicon Support Service I was suppose to be charged $1.29 min I said on the phone with them for 12min and according to my caculations I should have been charged $15.48 at the most but I was charged $71.00 and don't understand why I've written the company to inquire about the charge and have yet to hear from them.. read full review »
