Service standards - i waited 15 minutes before getting served and an extra 10 for my meal and the chips where forgotten this is not the first time it has happend, other occasions I have recevied the hot and spicy chicken when I asked for original recepie. Food Quality - over cooked or undercooked, and i was served a burger with rotten lettuce.
