Hi my sister travelled from Botswana to Sri lanaka on 8th Dec and had interlined the luggage which went missing. It was successfully checked in at Botswana but mishandled in Johannesburg. I have traced back and found that the luggage has been sent on another flight and bearing RUSH TAG # EK823106. Need help to track the definite location of the luggage. read full review »
