I signed up this morning to Australian -Records.com because I wanted to gain access to records which would enable me to trace relatives in Australia. I paid £19.97 by debit card, accessed the site, and found it to be useless. It was supposed to be possible to claim a refund within seven days if I was dissatisfied with the site. All I had to do was contact customer services by email or telephone. However, when I clicked on the 'CONTACT' button, I got nowhere.
