I am Vijender Aggarwal. I am an IDEA Cellular Customer. I m having Local Free SMS @ 56 rs pack activated with auto renewal facility. Old pack was expired on 01-Mar-08 late night. I sent sms on 02-Mar-08 and the same were charged from my main balance as the auto renewal of sms pack was done by idea at 10.30 am only. I talked with customer care 3 times. In first two cases, my calls were disconnected & in third case, i was replied, "U are charged correctly.
