On Sunday, 3/27/11, I went to the Burger King in Kilgore, TX to get their Italian Chicken Sandwich and was told that they do not have that on the menu even though there are commercials and coupons out for it. I asked to speak to the manager and she just looked up and ignored me. So, I decided that the store did not need my business. On Tuesday, 3/29/11, I was in Longview, TX and decided to go to Burger King and see if they had the Italian Chicken Sandwich.
