Dear Sir/Madam I have been trying to contact your company for weeks to CANCEL this shipment that you sent me I did not at any time give you authorisation to take money out of my bank account, you have already done so, the amount being £63.80p. Today I have received another shipment and DO NOT want them I am sending them back! As I said I have tried to phone yourselves on several occasions but just get answer phone (I am phoning from Great Britain) costing money to hang on line.
