I ordered a teeth whitener kit for $4.99 from them, and noticed about two weeks later that they had taken $88.97 from my bank account. I called and was referred to an e-mail address for customer service. They refused the refund because in their "I accept" box it stated I had 15 days to cancel. I just checked the box, didn't read it. I went around and around with them.
