I bought CARS protection Plus extended car warranty on September 6, 2008 from Westside Car Care. The owner Johnnie Florez told me the credit card doesn't work and asks me for cash. He drove me to the bank and I paid him $ 2800 cash for the warranty and I signed the contract. On September 17, I called the warranty company to receive an update on if the application has been received and they told me the application has not been received and West Side Car Care is not authorized to sell these extended warranties.
