The salesmen are very friendly and helpful when you are looking to buy something. HOWEVER, if you have a problem, and approach the same salesman you bought the item from, suddenly they don't want to know you anymore. Ebay MAstercard / GE Money Bank : I applied for this "credit card" only for convenience for ebay transactions, since they make it look so inviting and wonderful. Wow, what an utter rip-off. They slam you with all kinds of fees, late charges, over limit, etc etc etc etc. Each month is a different "surprise". And I do have other credit cards like Amex. I've had NETFLIX for 3+ years, and aside from a couple of cracked discs, which were quickly replaced, I've never had a problem. And I'm talking about 100's of discs. I really don't understand who has so much time on their hands to just vent and vent and vent, over nothing! My god, people are complaining about damage to their DVD players, billing snafus- can you tell me one company you use that never has a glitch? And where do you work that's so wonderful?
