I ordered a trial size and agreed to pay $4, 99 shipping and handling fee. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged $78.81, This charge was not authorized!. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged an additional $83 and additional product was sent to me. I have tried to reach the company for an RMA(it is stated on the website that an RMa number must accompany product in order for the return to be processed and credited.
