I ordered a custom fruit basket for my daughter who was ill. It was delivered 2 days late and wasn't the fruit I selected. I have sent 3 e-mails, called 3 times and entered their online chat 3 times. I have received 1 phone call back but they left a message and now don't return my calls. The operator in online chat disconnected from me twice without saying goodbye, ie. hung up on me! I have sent in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau but nothing back yet. I was on the phone to dispute the charge with my credit card company when Bloomex called which is why they left the message on my voicemail. I so wish I had checked here first. read full review »
