I had a one year subscription and they don't tell you they autorenew and continue to charge you. I called to cancel it three months early and was told I could not get a refund (lie). Instead they sold me another radio ($20) to finish out my contract. At the end of that, they auto renewed it. I called again and complained and was told "sorry for the mistake, you owe us nothing and you account has been cancelled." Then I got a bill from them for $20. They charged me for an extra month.
