I recently purchased a highly anticipated Boost Mobile I9 and here are the results of an email I sent them...(keep in mind that this is after 5 days of trying to get reliable service with them) "I'm throwing in the towel with you guys. I'm not going to call customer care and sit on hold anymore. I am switching back to my old service tomorrow and I need to know how I can go about getting a refund on my phone and service.
