Dear Sir or Madam: A long time ago I ordered a FREE sample of Total Cleanse, paid for the S&H. Then on 12-04-08 I was charged for $89.31 for an order I did NOT place. I called them (under the name of FastMelts at 1-877-859-1069) and they promised me to refund the money and to cancel the "order". Now, today, 12-16-08 I was charged again.
