I ordered this product and was to be charged shipping of $4.99 only and was later charged $88.00 without my authorization and want a refund. I emailed the company several times and each time they responded by saying I should have cancelled the order by phone but no one ever answered the phone . Finally, I received an email from the company saying they would allow me to keep the product and they would refund me 1/2 the amount of $88.00 minus shipping.
