I, like many of you have tried without luck to actually speak with a person at the multiple numbers listed which result in disconnects, endless music, busy signals, etc. I found the 800-903-3002 phone number in the complaints and called it. Thankfully, a very nice Customer Service Rep answered and has allegedly completed my cancellation.
