I use my AMEX every week, sometimes every day and on Saturday it was declined. I called customer service concerned because this has never happened. Customer service said it was canceled because of negative information on my credit report. I asked customer service what information was negative on my report, she said could not tell me and I would have to contact Experian. I checked with Experian and my score is a 780.
