As seen on Oprah, I was offered a trial offer of Acai Berry for the shipping costs of $4.95. I received the trial offer and then was billed $78. 84 on my Visa Card. When I callede the company they told me if I did not return the trial offer I would be billed for the full amount. I have tried several times to rectify this and the last call I made which was to my surprise to Manilla, Phillipnes I was told that I refund request would be submitted.
