i placed an order for a trial sample and was overcharged for it, now i have receive unsolicited by me another product, and and fee. I called and cancelled my order after the first scam, Now i am afraid that they will continue to ship without my consent and there is no way to get in touch with them by phone. Please advise how i can stop this cycle without damaging my credit rating. I do not intend to send back the unsolicited product i just received. I want a complete refund. Patricia J.
