I am writting in regards to a bill my sister received. She is ill and does not have a computer. This notification says she owes $60.13 but she nver received any books or magazines for that amount. I have looked for a phone number to contact your magazine and I have been unable to locate any phone numbers. Her acct. number 00223439738 and we would like to have this cleared up.
