Same boat as everyone else here. My suggestion would be to report them to the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Protection division. Much more clout than Better Business Bureau let the Feds investigate their business practices with regards to this 'Free Trial' I already reported another company to the FTC regarding these scams. If anyone can make them return the money my guess is that the FTC would be the ones to do it, either that or a class action lawsuit which could cost the company more to defend than they got ripping off... read full review »
