Not only did they charge me $79.95 once when I sent the product back in the specified time frame, they have charged me 3 additional times! I even sent, certified mail, return receipt, got that back, and when I finally contacted them on phone, the representative said NO ONE in their company signed that card! So Federal laws have been crossed . . . . Same day I diligently pointed that out to the UT State Attorney General, UT Better Business Bureau, NC State Attorney General (my state), and my attorney.
