I setup service with TXU in October 2008 for two of my rental homes. The service was turned on at both homes and then cut off at one of the homes for non-payment. The account remained unpaid because for 6 months, they had the wrong billing address. I have been calling since November to correct that billing address and to this day, have not seen a bill. Service was disconnected in December 08 for non-payment on a bill I never received.
