I went to a chiropractor that handed out Care Credit as a way to pay for everything. Care Credit put my balance on two seperate accounts instead of one, mailing them at different times, making it very difficult to keep track. Not only can I not speak to anyone that is willing to help, but they actually have Care Credit policies to prevent the employees from helping customers in any way (APR's, Bureau Complaints...everything). It is impossible to speak to anyone; they are all cold, aggressive and don't care about anything but making money in ANY way possible. read full review »
