I have one of the World/Wachovia mortgage loans that falls under the subprime/preditory lending act My credit is in the toilet because I have been trying to keep up with the loan payments, was told that my loan was convertable to fix rate without any paperwork needing to be filed and no cost to me, then when I go to excercise the option i am told by my broker (At Wachovia, the one one did the loan) that the option is not available to me. so I try to refinance my loan to a fixed 30 year and am denied because my debt to income ratio is to high... read full review »
