After paying $4.99 for shipping a FREE bottle of acai berry, my account was charged $79.96 then $29.95! The latest charge was for a "lifestyle coach", free access! I called both companies as their 800 numbers were listed on my bank statement. I was very pleasant to both companies, however, the natures.acai.com wasn't going to refund the $79.96. I told them I would file a complaint to their Attorney General. I was then put on hold & the rep. came back to say that they were refunding the $79.96 charge & gave me a confirmation number.
