I am writing to make a complaint about the web-based company “MANXFLIGHTS.COM”, a member of both ABTA and IATA. I recently made a booking with this company to fly from Birmingham to the Isle of Man. After doing some research, I chose this company as their fares seemed to be equivalent to booking directly through the airline, but with less fuss.
