I had a reservation 1 month in advance, plans changed went to cancel 1 week before and was told i cannot get a refund because i had "bought" a room there, nothing i could do, when i said this was bad business she told me "Thats how we do business here" could not believe it, in the economic delima people are in here in MI i had to bite $51. I will never use Days Inn again nor would i recommend them to anyone, horrible customer service and swindle you incase of cancellations. Days inn should be ashamed of themselves, thank you for taking $50 away from my kids christmas this year! I wish you the best of luck in your future scams!!!1 read full review »
