I stopped using natwest credit card in oct 2008. After checkin g the last balance. I paid in full. Next months £7 charged saying some money was outstanding. ok. Three months later £7 asked to pay saying still outstanding. paid. Again .83 pence sent as outstanding. outragious and shrewd. Over and above annonymous company calls keep coming over these charges speaking like an idiot. shame to be with Natwest. read full review »
