I ordered Highlights for Children in 2007 or 2008 through an elementary school for my cousin that I keep on week ends and had it send to my address at 19 Beau Lane Front Royal, Va. 22630. I made the check out to the school for this magazine. Now I am receiving a bill for $ 26.04 and is expected to be paid by 03/23/09. I DID NOT RENEW THIS MAGAZINE.
