Dear Sir, I will like to file a complaint about the personnel of XL Shipping & Logistics LLC, Mr Ramdas. For dishonoring their liability to our company which they promised to pay. He had promised to make payment of USD650 for the store rent incurred by us due to his cancellation. He even promised to make the store rent payment several times but he did not fulfilled it.
