I downloaded an antivirus type software from Symantec and was charged twice at a price $69.98 for the first and $68.98 again all on the same day Feb. 16, 2009. During the download the computer malfunctioned so I tried it again thus the second charge. I only successfully downloaded the program once. That did not fix my problem because the computer totally crashed not two days later. If have to I will keep the one completed download but I have no computer that needs it and thought I could get a refund for that one. However, I still was charged twice read full review »
