£8 removed from my Nat West Visa card without my authorisation - have found others saying the same on the internet but no suggestion as to what to do about it. Please help! Nat West Visa gave me the Shopperdiscounts telephone number as 0808 234 1539 but when I rang it I got an automated message saying this number wasn't accepting calls at present and please ring back later How do you get back in touch with me and tell me what to do?
