I bought the Spencer For Hire dvd set from this online company. Their website said that it was a brand new disk set. That's untrue. They are very bad VHS copies transfered onto dvd. More than half of the 17 disks are defective. Their website claims to offer refunds on defective disks. After many emails, they have never responded to me. I've aksed several times for a physical address I can send them back to. Also when I recieved the package, it was damaged. The disks appeared fine, but the plastic case it came in was shredded. Most of the disks are completley unwatchable. Their website is misleading, if not flat out false advertising. read full review »
