I just got off the phone with their Company Customer Service. They have refunded me the charge to my acct. and stopped any additional shipments promptly. They even offered thru no prompting on my part to continue shipping for a drastically reduced price so I could properly evaluate the product. This I declined to do, but they have left a considerably bettter taste in my mouth, after the charge that had not been authorized. I have recieved both the cancelation and refund codes without any difficulty. My hat is off to this company for rectifying their mistake.
