I had order a dvd thru a Columbia House web site which adververtised an intro package for $5.00 dollars. Then I would have two years to purchase an additional 6 selection at the regular rate which ran about $22.00. I had paid the intro charge of $5.oo on August 8th using my debit card. However I found out that when i used that same debit card at a merchant. I was declined.
