Midland credit management continuosly changes the dates on my old debt...this happens every time I pull my credit file and dispute the account.. the date changes to reflect the most recent dispute...as the debt they speak of is at least 15 years old...and in the state of Texas any alleged debt not collected in 4 years is SUPPOSE to be a dead non-collectable debt..However our credit bureaus..continualy allow these assholes to do this...I have written to Midland Credit management and they do not respond...It is my opinion that our credit bureaus are equally to blame for not following the law... read full review »

For the past two months Capital One has NOT sent us a billing statement on our credit cards...we've had these cards for several years and have never been late last month I caught it and paid by phone this month it got past me..and I didnt realize I had'nt paid until it was late...I don't know what's going on...I'm asking them to remove any negative statements from my accts if they don't I can live with out their Credit cards...anybody else experiencing this... not recieving your statements?
