I gave my phone in on the 12th of February 2009 at Cellectro for the following problems: No one could hear me talking and the phone kept on switching off at any given time. The phone was sent to Nokia Pretoria. The phone's mic was replaced by Nokia. The phone was however returned with a report indicating that the phone had liquid damage and that Nokia is not prepared to repair the phone.
