Received a 9.99 charge on my son's cell phone for a free ringtone. He is a minor. Never got free ringtone. Called Verizon who gave me the 1-8877# of top-logo-ringtone.com also Fun Mobile. Called Fun mobile and was told they can't issue credit, they can only charge. Verizons explained to me that Verizon is in a contract with this co so Verizon does their billing. So I told Verizon not to pay this co and I was not paying Verizon. Verizon issued a 9.99 cr to my acct. I also wrote an e-mail to Verizon corporate telling them all the scamming this co has done.
