I ordered a free cd from this company and only had to pay the shipping fees of 1.97. The fine print of their terms and conditions states that I had 14 days to cancel or they would charge my account $39.95 service fee monthly. I did not see this in the fine print. It took the company 2 weeks to get the cds to me and I have not even opened the cd pack when I finally received them. I have been charged twice by this company before it was brought to my attention. I requested the "free" CD and only paid the 1.95 shipping fee. That was all I signed up for. I received the cd and it was not worth what I paid for the shipping. I have not thought anymore about this company until I found they charged my card $29.95 for as a membership fee. I called the 1-800 number and was told that it was my membership fee. I told them that I wanted my money back, I was told that they would refund my money in 3 to 5 business days.
