Charged 3.95 for shipping a fee CD. When I got my bank statement, they had made an unauthorized charge of $49.50 and then another one of $74.95. I received the CD a month later. Seems in the fine print (not on their ad or order form mind you) they claim you are subscribing to a service at the time of your order for a 7 day free trial. Problem is you need to access the CD they haven't sent you! Total scam and the bank said they can't help because it is their terms and conditions. Advised me to change my card number as they know that this merchant is a scam. read full review »
