I have been calling this company since February 2009 to cancel my orders. Each time I call I speak with someone from another country (outsource) who after much explaining tells me I will receive a credit. I have sent the supplements back and have tracked the pkgs so I know the company has rec'd the products back.<br /> I have not rec'd credit on my credit card.<br /> This is getting out of hand as I am reading other comments.<br /> Please help! read full review »

So, I got my "free trial" for $4.99. This acai product did not agree with my stomach and I decided not to continue with using it. I called the company to cancel my order and spoke with someone. Can we say outsource is terrible??? I told the guy I would like to cancel my order and after much aggrivation with the communication he said he'd cancel and give me a credit. This did not happen.
