I sent a letter concerning my credit report for Lord and Taylor and was returned because of incorrect address. My complaint is for payment being 30 days late in April, at the time I was hospitalized in California for surgery, the late payment was forgiven and late charges was taken off of the account and I was told that it would not affect the credit report, and it did show up on my report. I would like to have the address to forward the letter to the correct address. Thanks for understanding. read full review »
