I placed an order with this company in 2008 and had no problems. I placed another order on February 2, 2009 and received nothing--except they did charge my credit card immediately. Two weeks later I emailed asking status of order. They replied that items were on back order (nothing said when I ordered) and they should ship within two weeks. Well nothing happened. I emailed again two weeks later and was told they would not ship till third week in March. Totally unacceptable! I emailed cancellation of order and demanded refund. No reply. I... read full review »
