On January 16, 2009 while on line I made a request for information on the 'usashoppingclub' within 20 monutes I was called from a service representative from USA credit with an offer of memebership. I informed the representative to send me the information and I was assured that my account would not be debited until I confrimed and accepted the conditions of USA Credit/usashoppingclub.
