As I am based in Thailand and travel extensively around the region and the world i have for the past three years primarily flown Thai Airways. However, over the past year i have seen a decline in service both on board and at their offices. Recently, I was informed by Thai Airways office that i could reschedule and continue to utlize a free business class upgrade for a second time (given annually to gold card members).
